Entries Opening / Closing Dates: It is the club’s responsibility to enter these via BUCS Play. All entries must go through you SDO for authorisation.
Recommend completing it 1 week before the deadline and then inform Swansea University Sport Admin that the club/individual has applied, as these need to be checked before the deadline.
The BUCS administrator (Swansea University Sport) will have a longer deadline in which to approve the final entries.
Must have Swansea University Sport Standard Membership - checks will be carried out to see whether Swansea University Sport Standard Membership has been purchased.
Some events require also entering reserve lists.
